Middle Layer of Render Technology and innovation together have inspired scientists to originate a sophisticated weatherproof render, including enhanced polymer resins, sand, marble dust, cement and fungicides that will tolerate significant degrees of expansion and contraction arising from changes in weather.
Insulated Homes render is then bonded to the tongue and grooved panels and beading, and then reinforced using a durable, flexible fibreglass mesh, which is trowelled into the weatherproof render binding the layers together.
Finishing Coat Our unique silicone render top coat provides a maintenance free finish which literally means no painting every two to three years. Water repellent and frost resistant to -60o our unequalled, breathable finishing coats are silicone based using premium raw materials and contain very high quantities of marble dust, one of the hardest and finest of natural stone.
This combined with our in-built fungicides and UV protection insures a durable non abrasive maintenance free finish that will never need painting or maintaining. Our manufacturing process, in which the top finish is produced, offers an infinite choice of colour. This colour permeates the finishing coat.
