Installation Process
Before installation can commence the site is prepared by removing all protruding trims from the building. A starter rail (weather drip) is mechanically fixed to the base of the building and the Insulated Homes panels are then fitted to the building using stainless steel screws and washers to prevent rusting.
Insulated Homes render is then bonded to the tongue and grooved panels and beading, and then reinforced using a durable, flexible fibreglass mesh, which is trowelled into the weatherproof render binding the layers together.
Our experienced craftsmen can apply our unequalled finish coat using a variety of techniques and can achieve a limitless number of patterns and styles to suit your individual and personal finish requirements be it smooth, pebbledash, dragged, stippled etc.
Insulated Homes when applied to your home will insure a significantly warmer, maintenance free, structurally and aesthetically improved home not to mention the increased value.
