Polystyrene has long been recognised within the building industry for its amazing thermal insulation properties and strength. As a product it does not deteriorate and being extremely lightweight will not put any pressure or stress on existing or shallow foundations.
All angles (doors, windows and corners) are prepared with a three inch PVC UV protected, shock resistant corner bead rather than, galvanised metal beads that will rust and are highly susceptible to the weather and seepage. These beads go behind the render insuring no separation and absolutely no weather penetration.
Render Technology and innovation together have inspired our scientists to originate a sophisticated weatherproof render combing, enhanced polymer resins, sand, marble dust, cement and fungicides that will tolerant significant degrees of expansion and contraction arising from changes in weather.
Finishing Coat Our manufacturing process in which the top finish is produced offers an infinite choice of exacting colour throughout the finished application. Water repellent and frost resistant to –60o our unequalled, breathable finishing coats are silicone based using premium raw materials and contain very high quantities of marble dust, one of the hardest and finest of natural stone. This combined with our in built fungicides and UV protection insures a durable maintenance free finish that will never need painting or maintaining.
